"Frustrating site and no follow-up"
I tried using Pottery Supply House and got frustrated quickly. The pages felt clunky, things weren’t easy to find, and I had to click around way too much just to get basic info. A few parts didn’t load properly on my phone either, which made it even more annoying. I ended up reaching out, hoping someone would follow up or point me in the right direction, but I never heard back. Maybe the site works better on a desktop, but my experience was disappointing and I eventually just gave up.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I ordered from Pottery Supply House thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but the shipping was way too slow. I kept checking for updates and there was just nothing for days, which got frustrating. I don’t know, maybe I’m just used to getting tracking info sooner, but sitting around wondering where the order was kind of ruined the experience for me. Not really happy with how it went.

I ordered from Pottery Supply House and the product was better than I was expecting. It feels really solid, looks just like the photos, and doesn’t have a cheap feel at all. Shipping was fine too, but the main thing for me was the item itself. I’d definitely buy again.

I ordered two filters and one of them showed up in the wrong size. Frustrating because this should’ve been a simple order, and now I have to deal with the hassle of getting the right one.

I thought the prices were reasonable for what you get, and overall the value felt good. I’d probably use psh.ca again and would say it’s worth checking out if you’re comparing options.

"Returning it was way more hassle than expected"
I figured returning the item would be straightforward, but I was wrong quickly. The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t clear, and the exchange options didn’t really help me at all. I assumed it would be a simple fix, but it just felt like I was stuck with something I didn’t even want. Probably won’t order from them again.
